美しい芝の若草山

美しい緑の芝がどこからでも見えてとても綺麗な山です。
芝生に覆われた三つの山が重なっているように見え流ので三笠山とも呼ばれています。
標高は342mで面積33ヘクタールで山頂には5世紀に築造されたと言われる史跡鶯塚古墳があります。

毎年1月には若草山きがあり、焼くことによってまた春に美しい芝が見られます。

この日は天気が良くて遠くの山々まで見渡すことができて最高の景色でした。

この日は暑いくらいでしたが、ススキも出てきて少し秋の気配でした。

徒歩：近鉄奈良駅から約30分

車：新若草山ドライブウエイ（有料）を経て若草山山頂駐車場（無料）から徒歩5分
