桜舞い散る談山神社

談山神社の桜は見頃を過ぎているものも多かったですが、鳥居の周りなどのしだれ桜が満開でした。

この日は寒くて強風だったので風に吹かれて舞う姿が綺麗でした。

十三重塔（室町時代　重要文化財）

父・藤原鎌足の追福のために、長男定彗と次男・不比等によって678年に建立されました。

木造十三重塔は唐の清涼山宝池院の等に似せて作られたと伝えられています。

高さは17mあり屋根は伝統的な檜皮葺です。

現在の塔は1532年に再建されています。

本殿（江戸時代　重要文化財）

藤原鎌足公をお祭りする本殿です。

この日は結婚式が予定されていて椅子が並べられていました。

絢爛豪華な様式で知られ、社殿は極彩色模様や花鳥などの彫刻によって装飾されています。

710年の創建で日光東照宮造営の際の御手本となったことでも有名です。

現在の本殿は1850年に再建されたものです。

境内の階段

多武峰（とうのみね）

藤原鎌足公と中大兄皇子（後の天智天皇）が大化の改新の談合を行ったと言われる多武峰。

のちにこの山を「談い山」「談所ヶ森」と呼び談山神社の社号の起こりとなりました。
